If you wish to return an item, please note that the goods must be accompanied by the official receipt/tax invoice you received at checkout.
If you do not have a copy of the receipt the goods may be not be returned for a refund.
Change of mind
We only refunds and do not exchanges, so please take care with your selection and refer to the size and color guides before finalizing your choice.
We can only do refunds for items within 7 days of receipt of goods
Please include your contact details, including the order number, name, email address and phone number, with your goods.
CREDIT CARD REFUNDS
We do not retain credit card information. Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we cannot influence this.
If you wish to return an item that you believe is faulty, it may be necessary for the item to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair.
